2. Payments
To begin any project with us, the following payment terms apply:
- Advance Payment: All services require partial or full payment upfront, based on the selected package.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for their project. Specifically:
- For ghostwriting and editing projects, clients must supply source materials, drafts, or outlines.
- Clients must give final approval for publishing or design work within the designated revision window.
4. Revisions
Depending on the package selected, clients are entitled to a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the allocated amount will incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the project has not yet started.
- If Nexus Publishers INC fails to deliver agreed-upon services within a reasonable time frame (excluding delays caused by the client).
- No refunds will be issued once the final files or deliverables have been approved by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ghostwritten Content: Upon full payment, the client assumes ownership of all rights to the content.
- Design and Illustrations: Rights to designs and illustrations will transfer upon final payment, unless otherwise specified.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared with Nexus Publishers INC will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or project-related information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law..
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services rendered.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

The client exhibits abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
